Awards for all 3 courses presented 3 deep for every 10 years.
Aid Stations: Aid stations are approximately every 2 miles providing Powerade Sports Drink, water, pretzels, fruit, and various flavors of Hammergel Energy Gel. Port-a-Johns will be at each aid station.
Our aid stations are themed and the runners will vote on the best aid station again this year.
